Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at The CLR Group. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating applicants for our properties, responding to enquiries, arranging viewings, and negotiating offers with vendors and applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate applicants for our properties through our existing database
- Respond to enquiries from property portals and negotiate offers with vendors and applicants
- Arrange and conduct viewings of our properties
- Attend property valuations and provide expert advice to clients
- Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
