Job Role Summary: We are seeking an organized and efficient Paralegal Support Officer to join our team at CV-Library. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Fee Earners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to operate effectively.

Main Job Duties:
  • Manage the calendar of our Fee Earners, scheduling meetings and appointments as required.
  • Process client correspondence, responding to queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain client records on our database, guaranteeing accuracy and up-to-dateness.
  • Support the creation of Contract Packs, Transfer Forms, and other legal documents, utilizing your typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Organize mail, sending it to the post office as needed.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including copying, filing, and email management.


Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience working as a Legal Assistant or Secretary.
  • Superb communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Able to prioritize tasks efficiently, managing time constraints and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters.
  • Showcase strong organizational abilities, with a systematic approach to tasks.
  • Motivated and proactive, providing excellent service to clients and colleagues.


Location: Bedford

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, based on experience.

Working Hours: Full-time, 9:00am - 5:15pm.
