This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Academic Facilitator for Professional Development. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to work with our undergraduate students on the BMBS programme.

The role involves facilitating small group sessions, providing one-to-one support, and reviewing student progress. You will work closely with our Professional Development Group (PDG) team to develop and deliver a curriculum that promotes personal and professional growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a Lecturer in Small Group Facilitation who can design and deliver engaging and interactive sessions. You will work with students from diverse backgrounds and help them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate small group sessions to promote personal and professional development
  • Provide one-to-one support to students to help them achieve their goals
  • Review student progress and provide feedback
  • Work closely with the PDG team to develop and deliver a curriculum that meets the needs of our students
