About the Role
As a Regional Account Manager at GAP Group Limited, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities from our existing major account customers. This role requires regular visits to main offices and customer sites, assisting with the production of tenders and proposals, and ensuring effective resolution of customer queries. You will work closely with the existing Area Sales team in the region to develop new business and depot accounts into the Regional Account portfolio.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing major account customers to maximize revenue opportunities
• Conduct regular visits to main offices and customer sites to provide exceptional customer service and identify new business opportunities
• Assist with the production of tenders and proposals to secure new business and expand existing accounts
• Ensure effective resolution of customer queries and concerns
• Collaborate with the Area Sales team to develop new business and depot accounts into the Regional Account portfolio
Requirements
• Significant experience working in a sales or engineering role within the Pumps industry
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Effective negotiator and problem solver with the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize workload
• Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel and Word, and CRM systems
• Driving License (Essential)
