Job Title: Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Completely Care Ltd. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of childcare professionals and ensuring the highest standards of quality in our nursery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote high standards of quality within the nursery
  • Supervise and support playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
  • Deploy staff appropriately to ensure the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
  • Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keyperson procedures and allocate children to keystaff appropriately
  • Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child and promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
  • Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
  • Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers

Requirements:

  • Trained to a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare & Education
  • Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Ability to lead a team and promote high standards of quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
