Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage reservations, seating, and table assignments, ensuring efficient use of space and minimizing wait times.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and daily specials to make informed recommendations and answer guest questions.
- Collaborate with servers and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel events, promotions, and services to provide guests with relevant information and enhance their experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- Strong knowledge of English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
