Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Graphics to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for the design and creative output based on concepts and briefs created by the marketing team. Your role will involve communicating with marketing and content teams to deliver best-in-class work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement visual design strategies to enhance brand consistency across all channels.
  2. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging and effective visual content.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and innovations, and apply this knowledge to drive creative solutions.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  5. Provide guidance and support to junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
  2. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  3. Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, with proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
  4. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to design challenges.
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
