The Role

This is an all-encompassing role where you will manage the whole product lifecycle, ensuring the successful implementation of the product strategy and roadmap for both EPD and NPD across the UK brand portfolio. You will keep up to speed with new food and consumer trends, ingredients, packaging, and technologies as well as the competitor landscape, driving the innovation of on-trend products in collaboration with in-house NPD teams and 3rd party partners.

  • Plan, manage, and successfully deliver NPD projects from start to finish
  • Influence, brief, and coordinate people cross-functionally at all levels
  • Build close working relationships with internal and external manufacturing partners
  • Ensure existing products are optimized and continuously improved
The Person

This role will suit a passionate and driven NPD Manager with a Food Science degree and experience gained from a food manufacturing or food/drink brand environment. We are looking for a product development expert who is insights-driven, consumer-centric, and technically savvy, with experience of working with suppliers, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to continually raise the bar on product innovation, quality, and integrity.
