Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Adult Emergency Staff Nurse to join our team in the Royal London Hospital. As a member of our team, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to patients in our emergency department. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide individualized and holistic patient care, adhering to the NMC Code and trust policies.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department, working closely with the interdisciplinary team
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 6 months' post-qualification experience in an acute care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
