Our client requires a Site Manager for a retail fit out project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all trades on site and ensuring that all site health and safety records are completed daily.

This is a fast-track programme, and the Site Manager must have previous experience working on similar projects. The ideal candidate will hold a CSCS Black/Gold Card and possess the following certifications: SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Warden, and 3-Day First Aid.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all trades on site
• Ensure daily completion of site health and safety records
• Manage a fast-track retail fit out project

Requirements:
• Previous experience working on retail fit out projects
• CSCS Black/Gold Card
• SMSTS certification
• Asbestos Awareness certification
