As a Senior Paid Social Executive, you will play a vital role in shaping our clients' digital marketing strategies, driving business growth through innovative paid social campaigns.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies that deliver exceptional results, leveraging your expertise in campaign optimization, measurement, and analysis.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute paid social campaigns that meet or exceed client KPIs, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with our Technology team to create bespoke solutions for clients, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify areas for improvement and produce actionable reports to drive business growth.
  • BUILD TRUST WITH CLIENTS through effective communication, relationship-building, and strategic partnership.
  • Work across B2B, B2C, lead gen, finance, and eCommerce sectors, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in executing paid social strategies for clients, with a strong understanding of campaign optimization and measurement.
  • Naturally curious and proactive individual with excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technology.
  • Knowledge of pixels, conversion events, and paid social platforms, with a passion for staying current with industry trends.
  • Able to articulate the role of paid social in the wider digital marketing mix, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
  • Passionate about problem-solving, driven by results, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.
