Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Children's Home Worker to join our team. As a senior member of staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children in a residential setting. You will work closely with other members of the team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day care to children
  • Develop and implement care plans for children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children


Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare
  • Experience working with children in a residential setting
  • Strong leadership skills
