Job Title: Scaffolding Instructor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scaffolding Instructor to join our team at CITB. As a Scaffolding Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students, ensuring they meet the required standards and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training programs to students, focusing on scaffolding techniques and safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain course materials, including lesson plans and training aids.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to develop and implement training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in scaffolding and training.

Requirements:

  • Recognized qualifications in scaffolding and training, such as CPCS card or relevant certifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with students and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in scaffolding and training, with a strong understanding of industry practices and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
