Key responsibilities of a UX Researcher:

  • Develop and implement research plans to inform product development.
  • Conduct user research to gather insights and data.
  • Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research standards are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX Research.

Requirements for this role:

  • At least 4 years of experience in UX Research.
  • Strong understanding of user research methods and tools.
  • Experience working with software such as Optimal Workshop and Qualtrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for the Design Industry and commitment to ongoing learning and development.
