Key responsibilities of a UX Researcher:
- Develop and implement research plans to inform product development.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and data.
- Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research standards are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX Research.
Requirements for this role:
- At least 4 years of experience in UX Research.
- Strong understanding of user research methods and tools.
- Experience working with software such as Optimal Workshop and Qualtrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for the Design Industry and commitment to ongoing learning and development.
