Senior Employee Relations Manager

Macmillan Davies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Relations Manager to support a leading pharmaceutical business in their search for an interim ER Manager. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing employee relations cases and supporting business change projects, with a focus on Asia as a region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including performance management, internal investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Provide advice and support to employees, managers, leaders, and HR on ER issues, including HR policies and practices.
- Liaise closely with the Lead ER partner in Asia on projects that require language skills, such as Cantonese, Mandarin, or Korean.
- Conduct investigations and prepare comprehensive investigation reports with recommendations for complaint resolution, coaching, and counseling.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, including performance management, internal investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, leaders, and HR.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean is highly desirable.
