Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join us as the Head of Permanent Recruitment Division at Winsearch. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of our Permanent Recruitment Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development - Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Leadership & People Management - Lead and manage the Permanent Recruitment Division, ensuring team goals align with overall company objectives.
  • Financial Management - Oversee budgets, resources, and operational processes, managing the division's Profit & Loss to meet financial targets.
  • Operational Delivery - Ensure high performance within the professional services team, collaborating with other departments on cross-functional initiatives and projects to improve service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven senior management experience within the recruitment sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Experience in managing ATS systems and implementing operational change.
