Accounts Payable Clerk Position

Every Step Recruitment, a leading finance and accountancy recruitment agency, is seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Accounts Payable Clerk. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and record invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Reconcile monthly supplier statements to ensure accuracy
  • Process sales invoices and manage cash flow
  • Manage pre-payments and accruals to ensure financial stability
  • Post cash transactions to the Purchase and Sales Ledger
  • Coordinate inter-company invoicing and journal entries
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably 2 years
  • Prior experience in a high-volume, transactional accounting position
  • Strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
