We're on the hunt for talented individuals to join our Nando's team as Back of House Nandocas

The role of a Back of House Nandoca is to prepare and cook the finest PERi-PERi meals to wow every guest. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for cooking, grilling, and preparing meals to Nando's high standards.

As a Back of House Nandoca, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You'll be part of a close-knit team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking PERi-PERi meals to Nando's high standards
  • Setting up, maintaining, and closing down clean, safe, and fully operational workstations
  • Handling deep cleaning to Nando's high standards
  • Following all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures
