The role of a Back of House Nandoca is to prepare and cook our signature PERi-PERi meals to perfection. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and cooking meals to Nando's high standards
  • Setting up, maintaining, and closing down clean, safe, and fully operational workstations
  • Handling deep cleaning to Nando's high standards
  • Following all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures
