Senior/Principal Geotechnical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced geotechnical professional to join our team at A F Howland Associates in Norwich, Norfolk.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand their geotechnical needs
  • Developing and implementing geotechnical designs and solutions
  • Managing junior staff and providing technical guidance and support
  • Conducting site investigations and data analysis
  • Preparing interpretative reports and technical documents

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK site investigation techniques and practices, as well as experience with Eurocode 7 and geotechnical design software. A particular interest in trenchless construction systems and certification in accordance with HD22/08 and Network Rail procedures would be an advantage.
