Aircraft Maintenance Director

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Director to lead our team. As a key member of the management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities and maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of all Pre-Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities.
- Maintain buildings, plant, and facilities to ensure they are fit for purpose, providing proactive support and solutions as needed.
- Manage maintenance purchasing requirements, including capital forecasts.
- Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
- Oversee new projects from design to full installation and handover.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Possession of a full driving license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Proven experience in maintenance management or engineering roles.
Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: £48,750 - £55,500 per annum.
- Full-time position: 39 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
- Holidays: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing after 1 year's service.
- Bonus: 1 full financial year gets 5% of annual salary.
- Long service award: subject to review.
- Pension: Government 3% company 5% personal.
