About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial offices, with excellent project management skills and a fair degree of commercial acumen. The role involves Front of House and Receptionist responsibilities, requiring a well-organized individual with exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Assist with front-of-house duties, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries.
- Proven experience in office management or a related field.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
