QinetiQ Limited is seeking a highly skilled Agile Programme Manager to lead a cross-functional team delivering a high-value, complex internal investment programme focused on the development of a specific software tool to support the management of MOD capability development programmes across the Air, Land and Maritime domains.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the improvement of the QinetiQ project and programme management function, as agreed with Integrated Delivery Team Leads and the Performance Excellence team
- Ensure governance requirements are met, including lifecycle, project & independent reviews as appropriate, for foundation sales and delivery work
This is a full-time role, based out of one of our Main Hub sites with adaptive working. There will be a requirement to travel to our site once a week if based out of another location.
Requirements:- Demonstrable experience in leading software development, product development and agile programmes
- Agile PM qualification, or demonstrable Agile experience in industry
