Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager Associate to join our Control Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving a continuously evolving risk and control agenda aligned to the business goals of the HR Function and the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement programmes and processes with a strong change management plan
  • Engage with HR partners in the most efficient and value-adding manner
  • Collaborate closely with other control functions to manage the overall HR Risk Profile
  • Identify, escalate, monitor, and measure operational risk in line with our firm-wide operational risk programs, processes, and reporting requirements
  • Execute and own Control Programs within HR, working in partnership with key stakeholders and in alignment with the goals and objectives of HR Control Management and HR Products
  • Drive a consistent, efficient, and well-organized Control Management end-to-end process and program framework for control programs
  • Support the business to execute Firm-wide Control Initiatives to ensure HR is compliant with Firm-wide Policy, Standards, and Procedures
  • Engage with HR and control colleagues across the firm, business, legal, compliance, risk, audit, regulators, and other control functions
  • Develop and maintain robust reporting/analytics and scorecards to monitor progress, report status to executives, and manage team effectiveness in setting and meeting against Control Management goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Ability to assess risk from multiple perspectives (Legal/Regulatory/Operational/Client & Reputational) and then have meaningful business conversations, grounded in materiality and practical application
  • Strong programme management skills and execution of project plans
  • Excellent organisation, change management, decision making, problem solving, continuous improvement, time management, executive communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders, decision makers, and colleagues as required to ensure project goals are met
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PitchPro skills
  • Project management experience in a complex organisation and control environments
  • Relevant financial service experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or compliance preferred
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Product, Policy & Procedures
