About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join our team at Howells Solution. As a Senior Cost Manager, you will be responsible for the successful management and control of all aspects of the commercial/financial and contractual elements of the works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing subcontractor packages
  • Subcontractor negotiation
  • Cost value reconciliation
  • Producing cost reports
  • Subcontractor payments/processing applications for payments
  • Valuations
  • Variations
  • Final accounts

Requirements:

  • Degree or other technical qualification
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractor
  • Experience delivering planned or reactive maintenance works
