Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to join our Power, Utilities & Infrastructure Corporate Finance team in London. The successful candidate will be involved in M&A and ECM execution, as well as close cooperation with and contribution into financing projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in origination and execution of corporate finance deals across the power, utilities and infrastructure sectors
- Financial modelling and valuation
- Helping to develop transaction structures/structured solutions and assisting in deal analysis
- Efficient supervision and training of interns
- Responding to client enquiries and preparing supporting analyses
We are looking for a strong team player with:
- Advanced financial acumen and understanding
- Excellent financial modelling skills
- Efficient and resourceful data mining and information research skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
