Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a dynamic team to create a vibrant and sociable work environment, encouraging and supporting colleagues when needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for regular customers.
  • Operate high-quality coffee equipment, serving the best single-origin beans and working with knowledgeable coffee experts.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Meet high-volume production demands, adhering to brand standards and recipes for consistency.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment.
  • Proven track record in hospitality, with a strong work ethic and adaptability.
  • Excellent team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
