About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics Platform Engineer to join our team at Legal & General Resources Limited. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based Dynamics solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving our Dynamics platform, ensuring that it is secure, resilient, and reliable.
  • Technical Debt Management: You will work with the team to identify and address technical debt, ensuring that our systems are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Test Approaches: You will contribute to the development of test approaches that ensure the highest quality of our software, with a focus on security, usability, and accessibility.
  • Code Reviews: You will participate in code reviews, ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with the development team to ensure smooth delivery of development activities, participating in meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Continuous Learning: You will be responsible for continuously growing your skills and knowledge in your role discipline, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: You will have intermediate knowledge of two or more of the following: Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SSRS, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory.
  • Software Testing: You will have a good understanding of software testing principles and practices.
  • Agile Methodologies: You will have experience working with agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Web Security: You will have knowledge of web security principles and practices.
  • Experience: You will have experience writing well-optimized and maintainable software features, analyzing, debugging, and solving complex problems, and working effectively in a team.
