About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our team at Alcumus. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of complex CRM/Sales solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions that align with industry best practices and business objectives.
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop high-level and detailed technical design documentation, including data models, architecture diagrams, and system integrations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM solutions with other business applications and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, features, and enhancements, and recommend innovative solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 CRM, providing technical guidance and support to internal teams.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient solutions using C#, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
- Continuously evaluate and improve CRM implementation methodologies, tools, and processes to streamline project delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Architect or Solution Architect, with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing solutions using Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Extensive experience with CRM architecture design, including solution design, data modelling, and system integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate,) and Azure services is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and architecture.
- Experience with messaging patterns and enterprise integration using Azure Service Bus.
- Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
