Learning and Development Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Educated Appointments. This exciting opportunity is based in London, where you will work with training providers to deliver high-quality training and assessments for Level 3 Apprentices.
About the RoleThis dynamic role offers the perfect blend of remote and face-to-face interactions, with expenses covered for travel. As an Assessor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional training and assessments that meet nationally recognized standards. You will work closely with the Curriculum Manager to address any issues and ensure compliance with agreed procedures.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging training programs for Apprentices, focusing on practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of Apprentice progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Degree in Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality training and assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience.
