Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Unit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our care home team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, promoting their dignity and wellbeing, and leading by example in our commitment to kindness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans that meet individual needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Advocate for residents' rights and dignity, promoting a culture of kindness and respect
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid PIN number
  • Experience in a care home or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional care and promoting kindness
