Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Unit Manager. As a key member of our care home team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, while also leading and mentoring our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Advocate for residents' rights and dignity, promoting a person-centred approach to care
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration and PIN number
  • Experience in a care home or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
