We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Operative to join our team at Akari Care. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our homes and providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including internal decoration, grounds maintenance, building repairs, and utilities management.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to colleagues and residents, including troubleshooting and resolving maintenance-related issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the home Manager and maintenance team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in maintenance and repair.
