About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic individual to lead our Helpline team, providing vital support to those in crisis. As a Development Team Leader, you will be responsible for the line management of a team, building and maintaining a high-performing team, and ensuring the quality of support delivered.

You will be responsible for training team members, interpreting and using data to produce reports, and supporting with recruitment, induction, and continuous development of telephone support workers. A Level 3 Certificate in Counselling or similar, or significant equivalent experience, is required, alongside a qualification in Management, Social Care, or equivalent.
