About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse or registered healthcare professional to lead our clinical teams at Priory Hospital East Midlands. This is a key role in our senior management team, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.

Job Description

This role will involve overseeing all clinical governance processes, chairing the hospital's Clinical Governance Group, and supporting the Hospital Director in their absence. You will also be responsible for directly line managing Ward Managers and playing a key role in the hospital's senior management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with a strong clinical background and experience in leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing clinical teams and developing effective working relationships with colleagues.
