Job Introduction

Packer (Late Shift) - 6 Month FTC

We are seeking a skilled Packer to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract. As a Packer, you will be responsible for packing products to the highest quality standard, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and GMP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pack products to the highest quality standard, compliant to regulatory dossier and in accordance with the current GMP guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Packing batch documents and comply with their individual responsibilities to GMP.
  • Attend and comply with any in-house training or on-the-job training.
  • Ensure the efficient and safe use of machinery and equipment.
  • Keep strictly to Packing methods as laid down in the documentation and raise any issues or errors to the Line Lead, Packing Specialist and/or the Shift Manager.
  • Achieve the highest standards of housekeeping, Cleanliness and Personal Hygiene within the department.
  • Notify the Line Lead, Packing Specialist and/or the Shift Manager, as a matter of urgency, if there has been any serious failure of safety or GMP which could affect staff safety or product quality.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with good knowledge of Health and Safety Compliance, ability to manage time and workload effectively, and ability to communicate effectively with both peers and other departments. Previous experience in a Pharma environment is desirable but not required.
