Job Title: Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at Accolade Building Care Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of different Air Conditioning & Ventilation systems across our client sites based in Hampshire and Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and maintain Air Conditioning & Ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting system components.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in Air Conditioning & Ventilation systems, using a range of diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Work safely at heights, using powered access platforms, and assemble, alter, and dismantle mobile access towers.
  • Collaborate with office teams and clients to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 / F - Gas Cert
  • IPAF / PASMA Certification
  • Air Conditioning Maintenance: Extensive experience in maintaining a variety of AC units, including split systems, VRVs, VRFs, as well as twin and multi-split units.
  • Plumbing Skills: Competence in performing basic plumbing tasks to support HVAC systems and related infrastructure.
  • Water Treatment: L8 Training desirable.
  • Multiskilled in Ventilation Systems: Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting various ventilation systems.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to interact effectively with clients, collaborate with office teams, and work harmoniously with colleagues to deliver high-quality service.
