Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heating and Air Conditioning Specialist to join our team at Accolade Building Care Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of different Air Conditioning & Ventilation systems across our client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues with HVAC systems.
  • Collaborate with office teams and clients to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work safely at heights and use powered access platforms to access and maintain equipment.
  • Perform basic plumbing tasks to support HVAC systems and related infrastructure.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot various ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 / F-Gas Certification
  • IPAF / PASMA Certification
  • Extensive experience in maintaining Air Conditioning units, including split systems, VRVs, VRFs, and twin and multi-split units.
  • Competence in performing basic plumbing tasks to support HVAC systems and related infrastructure.
  • L8 Training desirable.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
