Main Responsibilities:

  • Effectively assign resources across multiple projects to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop client briefs into actionable project profiles, aligning with company goals.
  • Collaborate on reviewing scoping documents and specifications to ensure project success.
  • Oversee cost plans and ensure alignment with project budgets, driving profitability.
  • Manage project design and contract administration, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate programming and project phases to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Lead project meetings and ensure compliance with company processes, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Drive project profitability by delivering on budget margins and exploring opportunities to enhance them.
  • Maintain Health & Safety standards across all sites, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within the retail or commercial construction sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing successful project teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an ability to manage budgets, resources, and profitability.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster long-term client relationships.
