**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Project Development Coordinator to join our Northern Building Consultancy & Project Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of new build projects in the industrial, logistics, student, and residential sectors.

The successful candidate will be actively involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, supporting the Project Director and working closely with the professional team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing fee proposals, assisting with pitching to clients, and providing strategic advice at the outset of projects.

In this role, you will also be required to support and advise clients in the strategic planning of projects, including procurement routes, design management, project opportunities, and risk mitigation. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from concept to completion, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of fee proposals and assisting with pitching to existing and new clients.
  • Involvement in the upfront project briefing stages, learning to understand technical briefs and aiding in the recommendation for the right professional team.
  • Assist with the provision of outline technical recommendations and strategic advice at the outset of projects before a wider professional team is appointed.
  • Support and advise clients in the strategic planning of projects, including procurement routes, design management, project opportunities, and risk mitigation.
  • Programme creation and management.
  • Show a driven attitude with desires to pursue long-term relationships within the business and sector.
