Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Workplace Director to develop our operational and strategic activities across our offices in the UK and Ireland. This role will lead our Workplace team, contributing to delivering the Workplace Vision regionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a role-model, ambassador, and advocate within Arm and with external partners, demonstrating outstanding leadership
  • Build and maintain a diverse, inclusive, engaged, and passionate team, and deliver at pace in support of Arm
  • Owning and sponsoring strategic and operational activities enabling an aligned, proactive, customer-focused, and efficient suite of workplace services and solutions
  • Building business partner engagement with senior business leaders to understand and align on business strategy, challenges, and opportunities
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have experience leading a regional office portfolio and team owning workplace operating and delivery models, budget management, data-driven decisions, defining and delivering project management frameworks. You will also possess a consistent track record of growing, mentoring, and leading teams across organisational boundaries and in a matrixed operating model.

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, 25 days' annual leave, and flexible working options.
