We are seeking motivated individuals to join a special educational needs provision in Brentwood as Learning Support Assistants or SEN Teaching Assistants.
About the Position:- This is an entry-level role that requires no prior experience, only a passion for helping others.
- Our students have diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Complex Learning Disabilities, or holding a statement of educational need.
- Inspire and motivate each pupil to thrive – regardless of their challenges.
- You will be part of a dedicated team that is positive, energetic, and committed to supporting every student's success.
- A friendly and approachable attitude towards learning and support.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with SEND.
- The ability to build strong relationships with individual children.
- Full-time, long-term role: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.
- £20,000 - £25,000 per annum.
