Job Title: Quality Assurance and Training Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance and Training Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality training and assessment services.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the quality assurance process, ensuring that all training and assessment activities meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the quality assurance process, including audits and monitoring visits.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and provide feedback to trainers and assessors.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training programmes.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme performance, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, training coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of apprenticeships and the vocational education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel across Yorkshire and the Midlands.

Salary: £27,500 - £32,000 per annum.

Location: Home/field-based, with flexibility to travel across Yorkshire and the Midlands.
