We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at Wendy's Oxford. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staffing and Training: Develop and implement effective staffing plans to ensure optimal team coverage and productivity. Provide comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and quality control.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring exceptional service and quality food products.
  • Team Development: Identify and develop talent within the team, providing coaching and mentoring to support career growth and advancement.
  • Business Performance: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of management experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
