About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of a Wendy's restaurant, including staffing, training, and scheduling.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on building and retaining a 5-star team.
  • Identify and develop talent, providing coaching and development opportunities to help team members grow.
  • Use effective scheduling to ensure the right team members are in the right place at the right time.
  • Be the face of the restaurant, welcoming new hires and crew members.
  • Contribute to increasing store sales and profit goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading people, preferably in a food service environment.
  • 1 year of line operations experience, with a proven ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1 year of management experience.
  • Flexibility to work 45-hour work weeks, including all day parts and days of the week.
