Job Title: Deputy Manager
We're seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The Trout Inn. As a key member of our management team, you'll support the General Manager in leading a successful site and inspiring our team members to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Train and develop your team to deliver high-quality food, drink, and service, exceeding guest expectations.
- Be a role model and guide development within your team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure our guests are cared for, providing a warm and welcoming experience that creates lifelong memories.
