Job Description

As a Senior Safety Manager at No7 Beauty Company, you will lead and develop a team responsible for assessing the safety of products throughout their lifecycle. You will use your expertise to maintain safety frameworks, conduct assessments, and provide recommendations to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead safety activities during Innovation and New Product Development (NPD)
  • Ensure products on the market are safe through their lifecycle
  • Build scientific expertise in safety fields and technologies
  • Drive continuous improvement of products and protect the brands and business

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and experience that meet regulatory requirements for a Safety Assessor
  • Higher qualification in Pharmacy, Toxicology, Medicine, or Dermatology
  • At least 5 years' experience of safety assessment in FMCG or the chemistry industry
