About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients in the companion animal nutraceuticals industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including independent veterinary practices
  • Represent our full range of nutraceuticals and provide expert advice to clients
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
Requirements
  • 2.1 grade classification or higher in a relevant field
  • Confident and friendly communication style, with a strong ability to build relationships
  • Target-driven mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Driving license and ability to travel
What We Offer
  • £30,000 basic salary
  • £37,000 OTE
