We are now seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Queen Mother House (Mental Health Service) team as a Waking Nights Support/Care Worker.
This part-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.

- Competitive hourly rate: £12.20 per hour

About the Role
As a Waking Nights Support/Care Worker at Queen Mother House, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing a safe and supportive environment throughout the night
- Supporting service users with their night routine, including personal care where necessary
- Communicating effectively with day shift staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Developing and implementing personal care plans
- Assisting service users with life changes or losses
- Continuously developing your knowledge and practice through training and development activities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally with individuals
- Experience of working night shifts, preferably in a care environment
- Exposure to lone working
- SCQF Level 6 in Social Services and Healthcare (or equivalent)

Estimated Salary Range
