We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a maternity leave cover for our Food Safety Manager. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of the company's BRC annual certification process;
  • Management of HACCP, TACCP, Food Defence, Quality Systems, and document control processes;
  • Development and implementation of initiatives to enhance product Quality & Safety Culture;
  • Internal training on quality and food safety policies and procedures;
  • Supplier Approval and Monitoring processes;
  • Conducting and managing internal audits;
  • Leading the Crisis Team in case of product withdrawal or recall;

A rewarding salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, together with a comprehensive benefits package, awaits the successful candidate.
